The Wedgewood Park enclave in Greenboro has always captivated my imagination due to the intricate layouts of the units. Each building includes single and multi-level designs each with a front door to the exterior, as well as a basement. Additionally, every unit also has a fireplace and garage.
The project features eight distinct designs, with a variety of building layouts—some are more linear, while others create a front courtyard. I previously highlighted Wedgewood Park in my "Missing Middle" series, as it serves as an excellent example of multi-family housing that maintains a human scale. What I particularly appreciate about this development is the range of layouts, which could accommodate a variety of housing needs and life stages.
