Campeau's The Denbury When:  The condo was registered in 1973. Where:  2951 Riverside Drive .   What I Know:   The building has 177 units and is 12 stories tall. All of the units are generous in size and have a similar layout with an L-shaped living and dining room with the kitchen located in the inside corner. The 2 and 3 bedroom plan shave the exact same layout and size of living, dining and kitchen.  The bedrooms are located to one side of the living space in modules of one, two and three rooms. The three bedroom unit has a 2-piece ensuite bath, an arrangement common with condominium layouts at the time.  Also common for the time is the shared laundry, and in this building each floor has its own laundry room.  Each unit has an in-suite storage room as well.
