This is the first in a series of posts on the neighbourhoods in Hunt Club.
The area north of Hunt Club Road and west of the Airport Parkway was begun in the mid 1970s as Hunt Club Chase, and as the map below indicates, there is an intricate mix of builders within the area.

Campeau built large swaths of land on the east side of Hunt Club Chase, including detached houses in a variety of sizes, semi-detached and townhouses.

The largest collection of Campeau's detached homes in the Hunt Club Chase are from their Executive Homes series.

The Seignory Homes are a collection of larger, and wider homes, most with a centre hall plan.

Semi-detached houses were built by Campeau on Pigeon Terrace. There are 1 or 2 plans that I am missing from my collection.

At Huntridge there were 2 basic designs built: a two storey garden home design and a split level with garage.

In the Foxdown condominium townhouse complex there are 3 basic plans designed for the uphill site, some with garages and some without.
