In the southwest corner of Greenboro is a small townhouse enclave called the "Gates of Greenboro". The neighbourhood was constructed at the end of the 1980s and had a series of cheeky ads that ran in the Ottawa Citizen to market the project.
The pie shaped units for the inside corners are unique designs that rarely seen in Ottawa.
Block J and I on the site plan were not constructed as planned, and became an opening to the Royal Elm Private street that was built at a later date.
