During the 1960s and early 1970s Minto built semi-detached houses in a few neighbouhoods inside the greenbelt, including Beacon Hill, Borden Farm, Briargreen, Parkwood Hills and Tanglewood. I am missing a few from this era, but here is everything I have from inside the greenbelt: The facade of this design plays with solids and voids through blank walls and inset balconies. The result is visually interesting, but the small windows limit natural light in the living room.
