Starting in the late 1970s, Holitzner began building homes in an area of Barrhaven called Rolling Meadows, located in the triangle of land southeast of Fallowfield Road and Greenbank Road. Campeau also built homes in the area, and here is a link to a post on those homes:  Campeau in Rolling Meadows The Rolling Meadows area is also the location of the 1977 Parade of Homes (see my blog post here ), and it is a reader of my post on that area that inspired this post! Holitzner's entry into the 1977 Parade of Homes is the Prestige 6 design. The eastern portion of Rolling Meadows has larger houses and was also built by Holitzner under the name Regency Park. I will do a follow up post on that neighbourhood soon.
