The Eagle Ridge condos are located on Stratas Court in Kanata and have a unique low-rise condo design that cascades down the sloping site. I have always been intrigued by these 5 buildings that have unique layouts, unlike anything else in the Ottawa area.  Each of the 4 floor plans has an individual front door and a garage giving them the feeling of a house rather than a unit in a larger condo building. Each building has 8 units total, with four per side, then mirrored on the other side of the building.  The Caulfield unit is on the lowest level of the building with a patio/balcony overlooking green space. The Capilano is one level up from the Caulfield and is also accessed from the s
