The Eagle Ridge condos are located on Stratas Court in Kanata and have a unique low-rise condo design that cascades down the sloping site. I have always been intrigued by these 5 buildings that have unique layouts, unlike anything else in the Ottawa area.
Each of the 4 floor plans has an individual front door and a garage giving them the feeling of a house rather than a unit in a larger condo building. The units are also spacious, with the largest being 3 stories and 2648 square feet.

Each building has 8 units total, with four per side, then mirrored on the other side of the building.
The Caulfield unit is on the lowest level of the building with a patio/balcony overlooking green space.
The Capilano is one level up from the Caulfield and is also accessed from the side of the building, but on the same level as the garages. Like all of the upper units it has a sunroom space with glass ceiling.
The Whytecliff is accessed from the same level as the Capilano and has direct access to the garage. This unit's garage is on the side of the building, whereas the other garages are on the front of the building.
The Shaughnessy is the only unit accessed from the front of the building. It is also the only unit with 3 levels. The layout is unique with a very large top floor.
