In this latest instalment of the Missing Middle Housing series I look at two sister complexes in Rockcliffe Park on the southeast side of The Pond. These two groupings of residences provide higher density than found elsewhere in the area, but still retain the feeling of single family housing. They were built during the the early-to-mid 1980s. The residences at Rockcliffe House include generous bungalow designs as well as two-storey townhomes. A shared courtyard and private outdoor spaces create an intimate setting, with parking located below. The Park House is built around an auto court and also has a mix of bungalow and 2-storey designs. All units in the complex have a view of The Pond.
