This post is a follow up to one I did in 2021:  Innovation in Design - Greenboro Thanks to blog reader Janine, for the inspiration to do this post! After the initial phases of Greenboro begun c. 1978, Tartan continued to build in the area, introducing new plans that were also built in Emerald Woods, Barrhaven, and Orleans. A number of these houses in Greenboro were built with cutting edge energy efficiency features for the time. The architecture of the earlier models have a 1980s contemporary style with prominent sweeping rooflines. Later models have a post-modern style with a more traditional-leaning look. Ottawa Citizen.
